Full-Service Weddings

Full-service floral design is for weddings where flowers are an integral part of the day and require thoughtful planning, coordination, and on-site execution. This service is designed to be comprehensive and hands-on, allowing couples to step back from the logistics and trust that every floral detail will be managed professionally.

Full service includes custom design, sourcing and growing flowers, preparation, delivery, installation, and breakdown as needed. Each event is approached as a complete scope of work and is built around seasonality, scale, and the specific requirements of the venue and timeline.

Because this work is custom and tied closely to seasonal availability, full-service weddings require advance planning and a minimum investment. Availability is limited, and dates are reserved only with a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. Once booked, we work collaboratively with couples through a structured planning process to ensure clarity, flexibility where appropriate, and a smooth experience leading up to the wedding day.

Here's How It Works.

Full-service weddings follow a defined planning process to ensure timelines, expectations, and details are clear from the beginning. Once you inquire, our process is straightforward and structured, with clear milestones so you always know what to expect.

Submit an Inquiry

Complete an inquiry with wedding details by following the link below. Information requested includes the event date, venue, general scope, and any known design preferences. Please note that submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date.

Initial Estimate

Within approximately one week, we’ll review your inquiry and confirm whether the date is available. If your date is available, we’ll provide an initial estimate based on the information submitted to help determine overall scope and fit before moving forward.

Send contract and retainer

To reserve the wedding date, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. Dates are not held without both. Once received, we’ll add your wedding to our calendar and move forward with more detailed planning.

Planning Call

After booking, we’ll schedule a phone call to review floral needs, event flow, venue logistics, and timing. Afterwards, we’ll follow up with a Floral Event Order outlining the agreed-upon details.

For larger installations, an in-person meeting at the venue may be needed at no additional charge.

Review Design Proposal

The Floral Event Order must be reviewed and confirmed no later than five weeks prior to the wedding date. Up to 30 days before the event, we can accommodate small changes and additions, subject to availability and the terms outlined in the contract. Order reductions beyond this window are not permitted. We will follow up with you six weeks before your wedding to check-in.

Your Wedding Day

Sit back and enjoy your special day! We’ll handle the flowers.

Investment

Full-service weddings require a minimum floral investment of $3,000. Final pricing is based on the scope of work, scale of installations, labor required, and materials involved.

A 20% service and production fee is applied to all full-service weddings. This fee covers planning time, design development, labor, and the operational costs required to execute custom floral work.

All pricing is outlined in the Floral Event Order and finalized according to the timelines detailed above

Delivery, Installation, and Strike

Delivery and on-site installation begin at $150 and include transport, setup, and coordination within our standard service area. For locations outside the standard service area, additional mileage is charged at $2.50 per mile, one way.

Late-night strike and teardown are available starting at $350. This service includes returning after the reception to remove installations and any florals that cannot be left overnight.

Delivery, installation, and strike fees are quoted based on scope and location and are reflected in the final Floral Event Order.

Availability

Availability for full-service weddings is limited and dependent on season, scale, and overall workload. A limited number of full-service events are accepted each season to ensure adequate time for planning, production, and execution.

Dates are reserved only with a signed contract and non-refundable retainer.
